Warranty – athena’s fence llc
ATHENA’S FENCE LLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. We provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty on all fence installations, including vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and steel fencing. This warranty covers installation-related issues resulting from our labor under normal use and conditions.
Vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and steel fencing materials may also include manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond our workmanship warranty depending on the product used.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, wood fencing materials are not covered under a material warranty. Wood is a natural product and may experience normal variations such as minor cracking, shrinking, warping, knot expansion, or color changes over time due to weather and environmental conditions. These occurrences are considered normal and are not defects.
Minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches, scuffs, or handling marks may occur during manufacturing, transportation, or installation. ATHENA’S FENCE LLC reserves the right to repair or perform touch-up work to address minor cosmetic conditions when necessary. These normal adjustments do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the fence.
Our goal is to deliver a durable, well-installed fence and provide dependable service to every customer while maintaining fair and reasonable warranty standards.

Vinyl Fence – Frequently Asked Questions

Vinyl fencing is one of the most durable and low-maintenance fencing options available today. A professionally installed vinyl fence can typically last 30 years or more with minimal upkeep. Unlike wood, vinyl does not rot, rust, or require painting or staining. Many homeowners choose vinyl fencing because it maintains its clean appearance for many years and only requires occasional washing with water to keep it looking new. Most vinyl fence manufacturers also offer long-term or limited lifetime warranties on the material itself. At ATHENA’S FENCE LLC, we use quality materials and professional installation methods to ensure your fence remains strong, stable, and attractive for many years to come. Actual lifespan may vary depending on weather conditions, ground stability, and proper maintenance.
Wood Fence – Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a wood fence last?
A properly installed wood fence typically lasts 10–15 years, depending on the type of wood used, weather conditions, and regular maintenance. Periodic sealing or staining can help extend the life of a wood fence.
Does a wood fence require maintenance?
Yes. Wood fences benefit from regular maintenance such as sealing, staining, or cleaning to protect the wood from moisture, sun exposure, and natural aging. Proper maintenance helps preserve the appearance and structural strength of the fence.
Will my wood fence crack or warp over time?
Wood is a natural material, so minor cracking, shrinking, warping, and color variation are normal as the wood adjusts to weather and environmental conditions. These changes are expected and do not typically affect the fence’s overall performance.
What type of wood is commonly used for fences?
Most residential wood fences are built using pressure-treated pine or cedar, which are durable materials designed to withstand outdoor conditions.
Can a wood fence be painted or stained?
Yes. Many homeowners choose to stain or seal their wood fence to enhance its appearance and provide additional protection against weathering.
How tall can a wood fence be?
Wood fences are commonly installed at heights of 4, 6, or 8 feet, depending on the homeowner’s needs and local building regulations.
